A small family business focused on providing quality serviced accommodation for business travellers working in London and Luton as well as families relocating to the area.

The founder, Varuzhan Basmajyan (Vee), started his property journey in the Republic of Armenia in 2007 when he purchased his first flat in Yerevan. Since then, he and his wife Anna have acquired a portfolio of flats in central Yerevan catering to corporate clients working in the city, including the Central Bank of Armenia, HSBC Bank, ACBA Bank, the French Embassy, and the Russian Embassy.
